Cleaning service control, in three steps

Create one form per type of work: cleaning inspection, collection, warehouse receipt. No code, on your PDF template.

Assign each round to the right supervisor, with site and day. Each supervisor sees only their rounds.

Fill in
The supervisor fills in the checklist on site, a photo per point, and collects the site manager’s signature. On submit, the PDF is ready.

Pay per document, not per user
Add all your supervisors: users are unlimited. You pay per submitted round. Photos are not billed separately. The Starter plan includes 500 documents a month for COP 650,000, before VAT.

Questions about service control
Can I separate cleaning and waste by cost center?
Today you separate them with different forms per type of work and filter answers by form. Formal separation by cost center is “Coming soon”.
Does the photo evidence of the service go in the report?
Yes. Each photo stays in its field and inside the round’s PDF.
Can my client see the reports?
Today you send them the PDF. A portal for your client to check their sites is “Coming soon”.
Where is the data stored?
On Google Cloud, isolated per company. Details are in the privacy policy.
