The auditor assesses on site and signs. The assessed person signs with a finger. On submit, the PDF is on file.

Audits where the signal does not reach
Plants, construction sites and open field. The auditor should not have to go back to the office to finish. The app saves the audit on the phone and sends it on its own when the network is back.

Pricing
Pay per document, not per user
Add all your auditors and assessors: users are unlimited. You pay per submitted audit. Drafts and photos are not billed. The Starter plan includes 500 documents a month for COP 650,000, before VAT.

Questions about field competency assessment
Does it work for field competency assessment?
Yes. The assessor fills in the form on site, with photos and both signatures. One PDF per assessment.
Does the assessed person need to install the app?
No. Share a single-use link and they fill in or sign from the browser.
Can I find an audit later?
Yes. Everything submitted lands in the answers table, with filters and saved views. Each audit has its PDF.
What if I change an audit form?
Publish the new version. What was already filled in keeps its own.
